Fruits are health

Fruit juices contain a wide variety of micro-nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Minerals are components of soil, groundwater and seas. They are absorbed by plants, which are then consumed by animals and humans. Vitamins are organic compounds that are required by the body for its vital functions. They should be taken regularly through the diet as finished vitamins or provitamins.

Advantages of cold pressing

  • Preserves the maximum concentration of nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients).

  • Allows preservation of nutrients and juice quality up to 4 days of squeezing, without pasteurization and additives, when stored between 0 - 4oC.

  • Preserves the aroma, taste and color of the used fruits and vegetables.

  • It relieves allergies and boosts immunity and boosts metabolism.

  • Freshly squeezed juice by this method optimally helps digestion. Drinking juice before or between meals makes it easier for the body to feel and respond to nutrients taken with the diet.

  • It extracts a concentrated amount of nutrients that are difficult to consume solely by eating them.

  • Freshly squeezed juices by this method are in the most absorbable form, which allows the most efficient and quick absorption of nutrients, with minimal effort on the part of the digestive system.

Cold pressing

Cold pressing is a technology different from standard fast-spinning machines. Cold-pressing machines process products more slowly, with technology preventing air from entering the processing process, thus slowing down the oxidation of your juice significantly.

Juices prepared with this technology contain more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than juices treated with standard fast-spinning machines. It's all about the juice making method, obviously - with this technology, fruits and vegetables are "pressed", which allows them to get the most out of the "live juice" in them by separating the pulp - so you get pure raw and useful juice.

The first cold pressed juice...

The word "Juice" was first used in old France in 1300. It comes from the old French words "jus, juis, jouis", which means "liquid derived from boiling herbs".

The first cold-pressed juices appeared from Liquiteria in 1996. Cold-pressed juices became popular in the late 2000s as "juice purification"

The directly squeezed juice is pure juice, which is not from a concentrate and is obtained by the first cold-pressing of the fruit. It contains only the natural flavors and succulence of the fruit which are formed and preserved during ripening period of the fruit. Unfiltered juice contains all of its most useful nutritional substances and retains its natural quality.
