An irresistible glass of fruity freshness and scent combined with the unique taste of a freshly picked fruit. Once the fruit is properly checked for ripeness and firmness, it is transported to the production plant.
The fruits are washed, selected and separated. The carefully selected fruits are then squeezed into juice presses, where the production process retains all the nutrients to the highest level. Afterwards the pure 100% fruity and un-clarified juice is warmed lightly (up to 80-82 ° C for a very short time to destroy the microorganisms) for pasteurization and finally poured into new and clean glass bottles or 3 liter bags. Pasteurization prevents the oxidation of aromatic ingredients and vitamins from atmospheric oxygen, it stops the degradation of pectin by enzymes in the juice, and prevents its infection by fungi, molds or other micro-organisms. This process is not intended to kill all microorganisms in the food, but only to reduce the number of viable pathogens to a level that makes them very unlikely to cause disease. This method conserves the distinctive and natural taste of the fruit, preserving to a great extent all the natural nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
Fruits not suitable for cold-pressing such as: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries are used for the production of naturel purees (fine blending machines that remove seeds, stems and petals).
Nectars and fruit drinks are a mixture of sweetened fruit juice and water. Conventional fruit drinks contain flavored extracts, fruit concentrates, sweeteners or sugar, dyes or colorants.
With concentrate juices, the natural water of the fruit is removed from the juice by high heat treatment, losing all the substances that give the natural scent and taste of the juice. The Concentrate itself is an industrial commodity that is traded on the international commodity market and is widely used by large producers of fruit and non-alcoholic beverages. It is diluted with demineralized water and poured into bottles or cans.
